Our sommelier and pastry chef have created surprising pairings for you, featuring 5 wines and 5 desserts. You'll discover how sugar, acidity, and aromas interact to create unforgettable harmonies.
You will learn to:
Mastering the basic principles of wine and dessert pairings (sugar/acidity balance, complementary aromas)
Pair sweet wines (Sauternes, Jurançon), naturally sweet wines (Banyuls, Maury) and champagnes with pastries, chocolates and fruit
Avoid common mistakes that can spoil the tasting experience (wine less sweet than the dessert)
