On Saturday, April 4, 2026 , the M. Wine Museum invites you to a gourmet immersion in the heart of Burgundy, with a true banquet organized in the spirit of traditional family gatherings. In the unique setting of its cellars, the evening will celebrate the Burgundian art of living, characterized by generosity, sharing, and exceptional wines.
Starting at 8 p.m., guests will be welcomed to begin dinner with a casserole of snails with Époisses cheese, a tribute to the region's iconic flavors. The meal will continue with a traditional beef bourguignon, slowly simmered in red wine and served in unlimited quantities, allowing guests to fully appreciate the richness and depth of this classic dish.
