Have you always dreamed of tasting wine like a professional? This introductory course is for you! In one evening, you will acquire the basics of wine tasting and learn to put words to your sensations.

Our sommelier will introduce you to the three key stages of wine tasting: sight, smell, and taste. Through a guided tasting of five French wines, you will discover the secrets to fully appreciating each glass.

You will learn to:

• Analyzing the color of a wine and what it reveals about its age, grape variety, and terroir

• Identify the primary (fruits, flowers), secondary (fermentation) and tertiary (aging) aromas
