Our sommelier and pastry chef have created surprising pairings for you, featuring 5 wines and 5 desserts. You'll discover how sugar, acidity, and aromas interact to create unforgettable harmonies.


You will learn to:


  • Mastering the basic principles of wine and dessert pairings (sugar/acidity balance, complementary aromas)

  • Pair sweet wines (Sauternes, Jurançon), naturally sweet wines (Banyuls, Maury) and champagnes with pastries, chocolates and fruit

  • Avoid common mistakes that can spoil the tasting experience (wine less sweet than the dessert)
