Our sommelier will introduce you to the art of champagne tasting through 5 cuvées selected for their unique characteristics. Blanc de blancs, blanc de noirs, vintage, non-vintage brut, zero dosage… you'll learn all about the different styles of champagne.
You will learn to:
Understanding the champagne production process, from vine to flute (Champagne method, second fermentation in the bottle)
Recognize the characteristic aromas and flavors of different grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier)
Appreciate the fineness of the bubbles and the aromatic complexity of great champagnes.
