Our sommelier will introduce you to the three key stages of wine tasting: sight, smell, and taste. Through a guided tasting of five French wines, you will discover the secrets to fully appreciating each glass.
You will learn to:
Analyzing the color of a wine and what it reveals about its age, grape variety, and terroir
Identify the primary (fruits, flowers), secondary (fermentation) and tertiary (aging) aromas
Describe the flavors and structure of a wine on the palate: acidity, tannins, alcohol, length
